Delivery Policy

At Evelyn Dublin, we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. This page explains our shipping process, delivery timeframes and what to expect after placing an order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
Estimated Delivery Times
The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location and local postal services. Delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays or due to customs checks. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes, as international shipping and customs procedures are beyond our control.
Shipping Origin & Method
All orders are shipped directly from our trusted logistics partners, based in China. This allows us to offer a wider range of products and competitive prices, while maintaining a high level of quality control. Depending on the destination country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout, before payment. Rates depend on the weight of the order, the destination and the selected delivery method. Free delivery offers may be available during special promotions or seasonal campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch. You can track your parcel using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Liability & Delivery
If tracking confirms that a parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, Evelyn Dublin cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or theft. Please double-check your delivery details before completing your order. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours of the order being confirmed. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If tracking shows no updates for an extended period or your order appears to be delayed, please contact us at: info@evelyndublin.com. We will check the status of your parcel with the carrier.
