By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all orders placed through our online store.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, images and product details. However, slight variations in colour, size or appearance may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings or supplier updates. Evelyn Dublin cannot be held responsible for any typographical or display errors on the website.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed once full payment has been received. Available payment methods depend on your country or region and may include major credit and debit cards as well as other secure payment systems. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in euros (EUR). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment verification fails or fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Processing & Shipping
- Processing time: 1 to 3 business days
- Estimated delivery: 5 to 12 business days, depending on destination
All products are shipped directly by our logistics partners, including from fulfilment centres in China and other regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local postal delays. Evelyn Dublin cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
5. Returns & Cancellations
All returns and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please read it carefully before submitting a return request.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery information is correct at the time of purchase. Any request to change a delivery address must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being confirmed. Evelyn Dublin cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, consequential losses or delays beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product photography, is the exclusive property of Evelyn Dublin. Any copying, redistribution or commercial use of any content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
